How It Works

We offer two service tiers:

Full Service — The hands-off option. We send you a prepaid FedEx label, you drop your passport at any FedEx location, and we take it from there — submitting your application, paying the consulate fee, and shipping your passport back to you.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Only — We handle the physical logistics while you manage the application in your own account. You'll need to provide your confirmation code and printed confirmation page.

Before You Begin

Two things worth knowing up front:

Payment comes early. If you're using Full Service, you'll be asked to pay before entering most of your details. This is intentional — we don't store personal data unless you're a confirmed customer. It protects you as much as it does us.

No news is good news. Once your application is in motion, you won't hear from us unless we need something. Silence means everything is on track.
